NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual Meeting of the Membership of The Wings Club Foundation, Inc. will be held in the Grand Ballroom (20th Floor) of The Yale Club, 50 Vanderbilt Avenue, Borough of Manhattan, City and State of New York, on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. for the following purpose:

1. To receive the report of the Board;

2. To elect members of the Board for a three-year term;

3. To transact any other business, which may properly be brought before the meeting.

All members in good standing other than Honorary and Student Members are entitled to vote at the meeting.
